Safety at Kuhmo Swimming Hall
The safety of our visitors is our top priority. In accordance with the safety guidelines issued by the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes), all swimming hall staff are trained and prepared to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Every year, our staff participate in refresher training that includes pool safety theory, practical rescue exercises both on land and in the water, and a lifeguard swimming proficiency test to ensure their swimming and water rescue skills remain up to date.
