Land Use Planning and Land Management

The responsibilities of Land Use Planning and Surveying Services include managing the City’s land assets, preparing land use plans, guiding land use, preparing decisions on planning exemptions, supervising planning surveys, marking out building sites, producing geospatial data for construction and municipal infrastructure planning, and carrying out other surveying and mapping tasks.
