Premises and Properties

The unit is responsible for providing the premises required for the City of Kuhmo’s own operations and, to a separately agreed extent, for other entities within the City Group. Its responsibilities include tasks related to the construction and maintenance of properties.

The aim is to ensure the efficient use of City-owned premises and to preserve the financial value of the properties.
