Employment Services, in cooperation with Business Services, provides support for companies, associations and other employers with:

• Finding skilled employees
• Developing staff skills and competence
• Recruiting international employees
• Matters related to work trials and municipal employment subsidies

Services for Employers and Businesses

Through the Business Services section of Job Market Finland, employers can, for example, publish job vacancies, browse recommendations for candidates who may be suitable for an open position, and communicate with the employment authority.
