Ankkuri Youth Workshop and Coaching
At Ankkuri, young people develop practical work skills and gain work experience through a variety of meaningful tasks.
The aim is to improve participants’ opportunities to enter education, complete their studies or move into the open labour market.
Ankkuri is a coaching, activity, work and learning environment focused on supporting personal and professional development. Its activities are practical and community-based, providing opportunities to gain skills, experience and greater self-awareness.

Working at Ankkuri
No previous work experience is required. An interest in practical work and a willingness to learn new things are enough.
Ankkuri offers several different coaching services: Ratkomo, Liiteri, Hitsi and Start Coaching. There is an option to suit different needs and situations.

Learning and Recognising Your Skills
The recognition of skills at Ankkuri is based on the idea of lifelong learning. It involves identifying skills and knowledge acquired previously as well as vocational skills developed during your time at Ankkuri. These skills can support your next steps towards education or employment.
Recognised skills are documented in a certificate of competence, which is available to everyone participating in Ankkuri.
At Ankkuri, you can learn new skills and gain valuable work experience through varied and meaningful tasks. The aim is to strengthen your opportunities to enter education, complete your studies or find employment in the open labour market.

Ankkuri Is Also a Meeting Place for Young People
Young people are welcome to visit Ankkuri even if they are not participating in its employment or coaching activities.
