Outdoor Gym

Kuhmo’s outdoor gym was completed in July 2026.

The gym is located at Maakunnanranta, in a central location in Kuhmo town centre.

The outdoor gym features a versatile range of exercise equipment, including a bench press, shoulder press, multi-purpose rack, leg press and squat machine.

The resistance and exercise positions can be adjusted to suit the user’s fitness level and height. The equipment also includes clear instructions for safe and proper use.

Please note: The recommended minimum age for using the outdoor gym is 14 years, and the minimum user height is 140 cm.
