Holiday Home Residents’ Committee

The aim of the Kuhmo Holiday Home Residents’ Committee is to improve communication and cooperation between holiday home residents and the City of Kuhmo, as well as between holiday home residents, local residents, village associations and businesses.

The committee takes an active role in matters that are important to holiday home residents. Its activities are open to everyone interested.

Holiday Home Maintenance Services

If you need services for your holiday home, such as crushed rock, firewood, chimney sweeping, replacement of an exterior door lock or other maintenance work, you can contact the holiday home maintenance service. 4U also offers fire extinguisher inspections and maintenance.

Household Water Points

Household water is available at the following locations:

City Depot
Tervatie 3
The water point is located on the Tervatie side of the building.
Water is available 24 hours a day throughout the year.

Laundry Services

Holiday home residents can take their laundry to Liaton Laundry, located at Pajukuja 4.

Liaton offers a wide range of laundry services in Kuhmo, including rug cleaning, dry cleaning, bedding, formal wear, workwear and linen laundry. Services are available for private customers, businesses and organisations. You can bring your laundry directly to the laundry or order an affordable collection service.
